    Welcome back to my artist blog! If you're a returning reader, thank you for sticking with me through my extended hiatus. If you're new to my work, allow me to introduce myself: I am an artist specializing in digital art in Clip Studio and my work often explores themes of landscapes with wild, often fantastical themes, I'm also dabbling in 3D and exploring Blender as a means to expand my knowledge in making enticing and beautiful 3D images, and eventually animations.

A character made for the daily sketch group over at Conceptart.org. Although it did take me longer than a day to "finish" this, I want to move on to something else...

A painting done today, just an idea, and I wanted to put it out there.

This poster was for Sonic's 20 yr Anniversary, even though I'm sure it's a bit late. I did the line work and colors in manga studio. So this made it one of the first drawings I've made on that program and I'm starting to really like it. It's really simple to ink the sketches, and get a very clean result.  So the idea just came to me, and it wanted it to look like Sonic is speeding through these two high performance cars, like nothing. Very fun stuff, I'll try to do some more, based on many other video game characters.

Day 11: Jules Here's Jules for the character a day, for day 11. Seems like it's quite a bit till 30 and classes have started up again. I can only hope that classwork for these classes are merciful enough so I can have extra time to do the character. I've already been giving myself too little time to work on them, focus...focus...focus!

D ay 9 : Shireh

D ay 8 : Logistics So I'm a little late for this update, I didn't think it would take me around 4 hours to complete, yet another character.

Day 7 - Oshi Painted in Corel Painter in about 3-4 hours. I'm starting to like this program as a painting program.  Here is Oshi a young samurai warrior, and he's off to a new world a head of him, with his trusty blade.

D ay 6 : Morilla This time around I wanted to try out a different painting program, Corel Painter

D ay  5 : Julia and Abe I was a bit reluctant with uploading the drawing for some reason, so I even though I'm a bit late I've got two characters in one! The big loaf back there is Abe and is Julia's father. They decided to go to the fair and enter one of those cheesy horror rides, and the first one to break, Abe of course! Ps: I'll try to be on time more often... : )
